Heat Treatment


In order to achieve the requested mechanical properties for the produced parts, continuos type of atmosferic  controlled heat treatment furnaces are used for annealing and quenching and tempering and also carburization processes.

Our furnaces are in service for 24 hour in 7 days in order to obtaine the qualities of 8.8,10.9 and 12.9 depending on customer special request and product mechanical properties.

The carburization process can be defined as the absorption of carbon into steel.The carbon absorption process occurs as a result of gas-metal reaction by heating the steel part to austenite phase temperature in a CO-containing environment. Usually a temperature between 850 and 950 ° C is used, this temperature is called carburization temperature. With this process, surface hardness of the screws up to 750HV is achieved. In our heat treatment processes, CQI9 audits are carried out from the requirements of automotive and these inspections are shared with our automotive customers.h this process, surface hardness of the screws up to 750HV is achieved.
